Transferring accounts - Guild Wars Forums

I was thinking about selling my copy of Guild Wars and wanted to know if it's possible to update the account information (transfer to buyer)?

Or is this one of those games that have no resell value? I'm starting school next week and I've only put about 5 hours into the game so far.. Way less than I expected with my new busy schedule
